My figure mistake (to the tune of I saw mommy kissing santa clause) 

 

At synchro practice I got, yelled at,

Underneath the water clear and blue.

 

Point those toes right now,

Or Im going to have a cow,

Now fix your figure or a workout is what I will allow

 

So then, I fixed it and, now guess what?

I hear, Youre sinking, skull behind your butt!

 

I wonder what I look like,

But when I go to look I pike.

My coach yells out Chin back Madee! right into the mike!

 

So she gets fed up and, workout for me. 

Butterfly plus front crawl times three.

 

Now I know what I did wrong,

Even though I sculled extra strong,

It turns out I was doing the wrong figure all along.

 

I was doing a back tuck,

When I should have done a sailboat.

 

No wonder my coach was mad,

And thought my figure was bad.

When I told her I had made a mistake boy was she ever glad!

just like all the rest I must endure
with the coaches yelling, into the mi - ke
my gosh, you sure are over piked! 
 
I'm aweing all the young swimmers
with my aquatic ablility
while the older kids, are thinking to themselves
she sure needs lots of our help!
her legs arent extended,
her body is bended
she is flo-o-o-opping all about.
she really does need some more help!

with the coaches yelling, into the mi - ke

 On the first day of synchro, my true coach gave to me:

A workout of 10,050.

On the second day of synchro, my true coach gave to me:

2 warm ups

And a workout of 10,050.

On the third day of synchro, my true coach gave to me:

3 dolphin kicks

2 warm ups

and a workout of 10,050.

On the fourth day of synchro, my true coach gave to me:

40 jumping jacks

3 dolphin kicks

2 warm ups

and a workout of 10,050.

On the fifth day of synchro, my true coach gave to me:

5 land drills

40 jumping jacks

3 dolphin kicks

2 warm ups

and a workout of 10,050.

On the sixth day of synchro, my true coach gave to me:

6 under waters

5 land drills

40 jumping jacks

3 dolphin kicks

2 warm ups

and a workout of 10,050.

On the seventh day of synchro, my true coach gave to me:

7 laps of front crawl

6 underwaters

5 land drills

40 jumping jacks

3 dolphin kicks

2 warm ups

and a workout of 10,050.

On the eighth day of synchro, my true coach gave to me:

8 mins double arm eggbeater

7 laps of front crawl

6 under waters

5 land drills

40 jumping jacks

3 dolphin kicks

2 warm ups

and a workout of 10,050.

 On the ninth day of synchro, my true coach gave to me:

9 heathly eating lectures

8 mins double arm eggbeater

7 laps of front crawl

6 underwaters

On the tenth day of synchro, my true coach gave to me:

10 15 second drills
