On the third day of synchro, my true coach gave to me:

On the fourth day of synchro, my true coach gave to me:

3 dolphin kicks

2 warm ups

On the fifth day of synchro, my true coach gave to me:

5 land drills

2 warm ups

and a workout of 10,050.

On the sixth day of synchro, my true coach gave to me:
