Foot Arch Stretch : September 4th
you can use this stretch to make your toe point nicer.
flex and slowly arch your right foot until it's pointed. repeat 8 times.
do the same thing with your left foot.
do the same thing with each foot, rotating them as you point and flex. x 5 each foot.
